YouTuber for Server with Small Playerbase?

I'm trying to grow my server currently, and it seems all free methods aren't working (PMC, etc). I did buy a slot for a few hours, but that didn't work too well. I want my server to grow, but the problem is my server averages like two players.

Would it make sense to get a YouTuber right now? Again, PMC and all those free methods aren't working.

That's could be a possibility. However if he has a generic server then there's really no point of paying for a slot, as it takes good money to get a generic server up in the rankss
