Youtuber on my Factions Server (PAID) (NEED ASAP)

Hey everyone! I'm looking for a youtuber for my Factions Server. I don't have much money to spend, but we can discuss price on discord (ak521#6596)
Here are the requirements:

-5k/+ subs, not botted
-500/+ views per video within 1 day, not botted
>You must guarantee a number of views in a day over 500
>You must guarantee a number of players within a day over 25
-Publish every week
-Decent video quality, not using bandicam & good editing
-Must speak [English], I don't know any real youtube channel that has a lot of subs of which person doesn't speak.
-The video must be good (like, if there is a bug, I obviously don't want it shown and I'll fix the bug), show it to me before posting.
-Your rep should be at least 80%
-You must prove verification of your YouTube channel

We can discuss the price on discord. The video should be about 15 min. I'll pay 50% after you edit it and 50% after you post it. Payment will be Business only to ensure you won't scam me, I can calculate it to make sure you get the amount you wanted.

The entire thread has been updated including price, budget, requirements. I've made a comment saying that it is closed, too and it'd be too much of a confusion to update it.
