Youtuber - series - Contract $30/week (LOCKED)

Hi there. I have a non-op classic prison server. There is basically prison wards and cells and a kind of a unique prison server experience. Currently, the server is under Early-Access and given to a small number of players. So I am looking for a good YouTuber who believes can bring me at least 15-30 active players. My budget is $30/week.
Contract length: 3 weeks paid after each week and extendable.

What do you get?
1- $30 + %10 of weekly server donations/week
2- Youtuber rank with awesome perks
3- Early access to some donator perks/rank
4- You will host giveaways (supported by admins) so you can get more subs and views from other players.
Price: Negotiable

Notes:
#1 The contract will be canceled if the server doesn't get a minimum of 15 new players (meaning if you record in the first week and less than 15 new players joined). You will get $30 for the first week and then we do nothing.
#2 I need an English channel, please.
