Youtuber/Staff Series Help!

I was wondering if anyone has a server that has over 30 playerbase and has a spare staff rank where i can start doing a series. At this current time of youtube career i've not been been very motivated actually playing on servers; but i've wanted to expand and work with other people and build my reputation up in the mc-market community and youtube community and hopefully to increase the playerbase of the server by attracting newer Minecraft users.

I just noticed you sub botted you can't just start a channel out and get 300 views that easily

Well its called having contacts and having your friends watch your videos and it took ages to get where i'm at right now in youtube. Also u cant bot views with the January's update because it prevents it, Also i havent just started my channel i started almost 1 year ago and i've deleted my old crap videos cause it wasnt up for the standards.

So can you please leave me alone? Thanks!
