Youtuber with 250k+ subs

Hi, i dont usually do this.
I have been friend of this youtuber called Alan for a year now. As for now he is renting an apartment which he pays off youtube revenue, this months in Spanish community we dont get much money. So, i want to help him but my paypal account is in negative balance (pic).

He is in need to pay his rent which is $400.

In his latest video he says he gets 6k mexican pesos which it around $350 USD. not much as someone in USA would make or someone with english channel. Here is his last video:

So what he is offering is 3 videos in his main channel, and 2 videos in his second channel for $400.

The other offer is, $800 for his second channel, which he is selling.

my reputation might look bad in this post but this is for a friend in need. i would have payed him without thinking twice but i have so many chargebacks this month on paypal from 1 customer :/.

spanish community dont get much money from advertisement. Eg. i run a minecraft server with 700+ player base, all i make a month is the same as a server with 50-90 players.

i have a youtube channel with 3k subs, i get $0.15 cents a moth.

There is a huge difference in English and Spanish communities but most ppl dont see it.

Then switch to English if it's such a big issue, I mean why choose something which gives him less $?

i dont own the channel, you can talk to him via skype and ask for proofs, he can even fallow you in his youtube twitter account
