Youtubers 20k-80k views per video average for minigame server

I am looking for youtubers who upload videos frequently and get on average of 2-k=80k views per video to do a video on a minigame server. I have a budget of 1500$

I can get you in contact with BashurVerse, but he would expect at least $2000 USD per video

Could also get you in contact with many smaller YouTubers but which gain around 50-80% of their views come from their Subscribers (Not really sure if this makes sense, anyways the smaller ones range from 100-1500 Subscribers )

big youtubers only. and bashurverse hasnt even made a minecraft video in a while.

Ok Just saying, the 1500 Sub'd YouTuber records for free and when he had around 600 Subs, he used to get around 40-60 players on his server, now he has more than doubled, meaning he could possibly get around 100 players. (In 4 months, the server received 10,000+ in donations).
