Hello Everyone, I am REDGamingYT and I've been interested in making a Faction Server with a large player base. I've noticed that there haven't been any faction servers lately that offer anything unique or different or have much competition in general. I've been thinking of server ideas with another friend who's played factions with me for years. He will be the second owner along with me. I have a lot of experience as a staff member and was Admin/Manager on a couple of large faction servers. I have experience but my friend is still going to be learning about managing servers along with me. I trusted him since I've known him for a long time and he is a very experienced factions player. I think he will be perfect for deciding different things to change up factions and bring a new, fun, and enjoyable experience back. Aside from that, I don't have the biggest budget right now since this is the first map I will be doing depending on how many players will play. I will do my best to fairly pay YouTubers to play but I ask for any YouTuber interested in this that it won't be much (At least for the first map). If you decide to play on the server (if I release it, like I said I will only do it if I feel it will be a big server) I can pay some more money after the first map after receiving donations. I am mainly looking for YouTubers with 5k subs or more. The more you have to offer then the more I will be interested in playing but if you're a small YouTuber do not expect pay other then maybe Buycraft. Bigger YouTubers will receive PayPal money. If you're a big YouTuber and you're interested it would be better for me if I paid you at the end of the map since I will be able to maybe pay you more then paying you ahead of time.
Here is what I will be willing to pay:
1k-4k: Buycraft
5k-10k: PayPal but I will not pay a lot of money per video unless you get a lot of views.
15k+: I will pay a good amount of PayPal but also depends on views how much I pay.
When I say per video this does not mean uploading a bunch of random short videos on the server. If you record a video and want to be paid they have to be quality videos that aren't rushed. If you are a bigger YouTuber around the 10k+ range and have ideas for a series for your channel that will require extra permissions let me know. If you are recording on the server I will work with you to try and help you produce better content for your channel. Keep in mind that it cannot be anything to give you an in-game advantage or something abusive.
