So what will you gain?

This may come across as rude but nobody wants to gain a percentage of each donation the server gets because it doesn't guarantee capital. This is a business for most people on this forum and nobody wants a chance to make money on the status of donations.

I'm not sure of the size of the YouTuber you want, but to get quality YouTubers, you'll have to pay upfront, per episode, per views, or something of that nature.

I wish you luck with finding people but don't expect anything when you are offering a "YouTuber" rank on your most likely below-average server.
