Subscribers. Good luck getting youtubers.. They charge too much for the subscriber/viewer ratio as well as you probably won't get a response from 9.5/10 youtubers

Exactly. Youtubers charge because they believe that subs matter over views. They charge what they want and you can't negotiate otherwise they'll feel low-balled
