Youtubers for new Factions Server

I am doing my first attempt of opening a factions server as I've been playing factions for 6 years+ and I absolutely love the game mode. The server is called ThrowBack, with a set open date of 2/2/18 (Next Saturday). We currently have a scuffed enjin forums and a discord. links here, https://discord.gg/TfMEE7v https://throwback.enjin.com/ We will have a playerbase of about 3-10 players without advertising as I held a "beta map" before hand in which I learned a lot of things.

I am currently searching for Youtubers of a small - medium size, the tiers goes as follows. I am only taking English speaking youtubers with english videos.

100 subs - 400 subs: YouTube Rank
400 subs - 1k subs: YouTube Rank $2-8 per video(Not taking anymore paid)
1k subs - 10k subs: YouTube Rank $8-$25 per video(Not taking anymore paid)
I do not want any Youtubers higher unless they'd be willing to go for the same price, would increase at a later point but don't have a massive budget atm.
