Now I must agree with YourPanda on this one. 20k is a lot of money. It's even more money when that's just your advertising budget. You don't have to prove anything, but when you make such a bold statement that you have a 20k budget... Well let's just say you ought to be prepared to back that up. Otherwise, your advertising false information.

All that aside, good luck finding some youtubers, I am sure for that amount of money you could get some really big names!
