Youtuber's, Trailer Maker and Streamers needed! (Paid, Reoccurring)

Introduction:
I'm currently looking for youtubers, trailer makers and streamers for my minecraft server FMFALLZ. If you can fill any of these roles please message me on my skype account! My username is xxxtrigger50xxx. Look down below for the roles information on the job and how the pay works for each.

We will pay depending on the quality of the fields listed below and based on the creteria. Each job will have different pay rates. But depending on each job we are willing to put out anywhere between 1-100 dollars. But it is worth mentioning that some of the jobs will be paid by week as that would make the most sense. The price will always be discussed before you commit to making or recording anything. If you do any of this before contacting me it is NOT considered part of the job. Youtubers:
Your job would be to make a series of videos on the minecraft server. These amount can be discussed between us. You could make feature highlights, reviews or a simple let's play series over it. Each time you take a job for me in this field it will last one week.
Pay is determined by these things.
Amount of Videos. Views per Videos. New Players (Claimed to be there from you)
Requirements: You need at least 2k subs, a GOOD microphone and the ability to produce high quality videos.

Trailer:
Your job is to make a trailer for the server! This role will be closed and opened from time to time! We may discuss the length of pay. You will be paid based off these things.
Quality, Videos Views, Features Covered
The video will be posted on your channel or my own. You may choose, it does not affect pay.
Requirements: Ability to produce high quality trailers. If your video is not high quality then I may decline you pay for the video. We want a good high quality trailer on our front page of all server listings!

Streamer:
Your job as a streamer is simple, stream the server. You'll be paid based off of these things. This will last one week, and can be renewed if we decide to keep you for another week!
Time Streamed. Peek Stream Views (Per Day)
Requirements: You need to have at least 1k followers. And each day will earn nothing if the peek viewers is below a fourth of your follower count.
