1. Agreement
In these terms and conditions, when said, 'I, me or myself' refers to 'Zacey'. Regardless of how you use/purchase my services you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you disagree with any part of the terms you may not access my services.

2. Terms
Charging back payments is strictly not allowed. Charge backs will result in disputing it to PayPal to my fullest extent.
Transactions you send are under your 'name' and are authorized by you.
Redistribution of any materials is prohibited unless agreed upon by both parties.
I may terminate use to my service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever if you are to breach these terms.

3. Modifications
I may modify these terms, for any reason at any time. These changes do not affect rights and obligation that arise prior to such changes.

4. Warranty
You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of my or 'Zacey' Services are an 'as is' basis. With all purchases unliable for warranty.

Buycraft Handling
I have extensive amount of knowledge with Buycraft, using my knowledge to benefit your server.
This includes, dealing with chargebacks, fixing purchases, dealing with purchase helps, listing new items etc.

Staff management
I worked as a Staff manager on Minesharp 20+ staff team handling strikes, mentorships, demotions and promotions.
Providing staff management, I am more than capable of keeping the staff team in-line. This includes; training, demoting, striking and promoting within the staff team.

Content Creation
Come up with beneficial ideas for the server, money makers and bringing new content out to keep the player base at a high and consistent rate.

Configuraton
I have extensive knowledge with front-end configuration, working at EnchantsMC and Minesharp doing all different kinds of configuration; crates, dungeons custom enchants and so many more plugins.

Xenforo Management
I am experienced with Xenforo administration panels. Creating discussions, permissions and ranks.

I've been working with Zacey since the start of June and all I can say is that he's flawless.

I've hired numerous Administrators, Managers and other personnel to manage what Zacey is currently managing to allow me to have some free time and manage other aspects of Minesharp, such as upcoming gamemodes and resets. Whilst we have had Zacey on our team at Minesharp, I have literally fired over a dozen over Managers and administrators due to incompetence or downright ignorance when it comes to managing a network. Zacey on the other hand, has always proven himself as a strong candidate for any position.

See it this way, if Zacey can put up with my rigorous management ways and being named wrong by all my staff without complaining and hasn't been fired from Minesharp yet, he's got to be good, right? Everyone else seems to give me neg reps because I'm passive-aggressive ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ But for real though, you will have zero regrets hiring Zacey for your server or projects.
