Salutations! My name is Julian, better known as Zapexy ingame and on certain
forums and sites. I offer a variety of services ranging from server management,
server community management, and acting as a server staff member. I have
a variety of experience acting as a staff member, a manager, as well as community
manager. After taking a short absence from management and server staffing
as a whole, I am happy to be returning and looking forward to working with

About Me
- I'm currently 13 years old which is usually viewed as a young and quite immature age. However, I feel that I'm a mature individual and do not label myself by my age.
- I enjoy listening to music in my free time, swimming, and surfing.
- I am American, but really enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures.
- I've been playing Minecraft since 2013 exactly, and got into staffing and management around late 2014.

1. Community Management
A community manager is a staff member resembling an Administrator but works on projects involving the community. A community manager focuses more on the community and ways to build a strong community than ingame and server wide projects itself.

2. Server Management
A server manager is a staff member resembling an Administrator but works on projects ingame, behind the scenes, and works with the community as well. A server manager helps manages the server, assists with administrative projects, checks on the server and helps to find and report any errors to developers.
NOTE: I am not a developer, meaning I will not code, download, and work in plugin configuration.

3. Server Staff Member
A server staff member takes a role under a higher authority in assisting and helping out with the server, moderating chat, dealing with players breaking rules, issuing proper punishments, moderating forums, and more.

- Handling player reports and appeals.
- Providing support and assistance for players.
- Moderating the chat.
- Look out for players using modified and hacked clients.
- Moderate forums.
Portfolio
I am an experienced staff member and manager, meaning I've worked with a variety of networks and servers. Below are the top three servers I've worked with. The duties I've performed are listed, as well as who I worked with.
1. PrimeMC
Directly two weeks after being personally invited to the staff team by the owner of the network, I was told I passed my trial and was promoted to Moderator. Most people aren’t promoted directly after their trial, and some aren’t promoted from the Helper rank at all. Later resigned due to personal issues at the time. Note, PrimeMC is a server growing by the day with peaks up to 3,000 players. I worked during the time the server was getting these exceptionally high player peaks.

Duties performed...
- Met the 12-hour activity requirement.
- Handled multiple ban reports and ban appeals.
- Provided support and assistance for lower ranked staff members.
- Provided assistance on the forums.
- Answered private messages regarding troubleshooting errors, help, assistance, and more.
- Used litebans to issue punishments.
- Moderated the server forums.
2. WarfineHCF
* I chose to include this server in my "top 3 servers" due to the fact that it was a challenge for me, but I feel I definitely overcame it. After being directly contacted by the owner, I took the position as a Moderator on the warfine hardcore factions server. With peaks up to 100 players and the extremely toxic community, this position was a bit difficult to negotiate with players. Lots of players in the “community” were cheating and hacking which made this position even more difficult. However, I still fulfilled my position to my fullest extent, banned many players, conducted screenshares, and more. Later resigned due to toxic ownership. Currently, the server is undergoing a revamp with completely new ownership.

Duties performed...
- Screenshared players that may be using hacked
- Warned, muted, kicked, and banned players breaking the rules.
- Assisted players in teamspeak.
- Moderated forums.
- Inspected players that may be hacking and determined whether they were hacking or not.
3. OPS (OPSkycraft)
After invited to this network, I was set as the server’s community manager and performed a lot of special duties. I believe the network has shut down by now. I resigned about a month ago when taking a break from Minecraft management.
