ZapHCF currently looking for a new manager and developer. What we are mainly looking for in a manager is
- Great with talking to staff
- Being able to manage staff
- Managing the twitter
- Has a decent amout of experience
***What were looking for a developer***
- Can work fast
- Has a decent amout of experience
- Can code custom plugins
- Be on twice a week
Our player base is around 20-30 players and on SOTW is around 80 players. Looking forward to buying a vps. Our budget is around 150-250 dollars money goes in and out, people buying ranks. We're currently working on a new core but still need a developer and manager.

They manage the server.
They get paid .-.
They are not suppose to pay you what so ever

Most managers don't code for the servers , that's the developers job

+ you try to ask them to PAY

I'm not making fun of the servers budget, Just $150 - $200 is nothing (unless it's only for advertisement) and you've got everything down plugins, builds, art and so on.

Yes we have a build team working on finding a dev and advertising

I would recommend adding somewone like TheOPMinecrafter
He does server trailers and gets decent amount of views (500+)
