Hey! So my names Zek, I have a lot of experience in managing staff, mostly working with helpers and new staff for a lot of servers. I also have a lot of experience in other areas of staffing, here is all of my previous experience.
I have been working as a staff member for a server known as Noble-Craft for around about 9 months, I started off doing a helper experience for 2 months, I did well in my experience as a Helper getting 80-100% scores on practise tests and on my final test i got an 86% score, since then I have been working as a normal staff member, helping players out and performing bans and punishments. After that I was accepted onto the Helper Mentoring team after performing an application for that, I have worked with HM for about 6 Months and at one point (this lasted for 2 months) I was the only member of our HM team, I was creating tests and working with helpers, I was also doing another batch of helpers final tests, I put alot of time into this and was trusted by the server owners and admins to fulfill this position. I have recently been accepted onto the Noble-Craft Quality Assurance (QA) team, working with other team members to work on new gamemodes and flushing out bugs in our systems. I have also joined the Events
managment team working on hosting events for the server, such as competitions and games, building up hype for new releases and just overall interaction with the players.
So yeah, I feel asthough managing a staff team would be a great move up for me, or becoming a HM admin! So if anyone is struggling and needs someone managing their staff team, or an admin I would be very interested!
