We did ask for it obfuscated like all work but the developer has vanished, deleted discord, can't find spigot account or my DMs to even find them
Agreed, but I suppose if they asked... Still not sure why they did that but ok
The amount of freelancers that obfuscate a private commission amazes me - usually it's because they've used code that isn't theirs, but sometimes they just feel it's necessary. I've personally never understood it and have never done it for a non-public plugin.
