I see you want developers according to the application, are you going to pay those that spend hours upon hours developing things?
If said developer showed promise, and showed diligence and dedication to the server, yes the developer would get rewarded with a payment. However, at the moment, the developer option in our application is mainly there for future projects, not real time developing. However, if you wish to be a paid staff member for our server, I think you should consider joining the server's advertising and marketing team as that is a paid position in our staff team.

What is the specific responsibilities for those who are dealing with advertising and marketing (I wanna know what exactly YOU expect from them).
My apologies for the late response.
The specific responsibilities for staff in the advertising and marketing team would be keeping up with all advertisement related posts on server-lists and forums such as Mc-Market. Additionally they would be tasked with talking with possible applicants and giving them the necessary and correct information that would be beneficial to them. Said staff would also work closely with the social media team to co-ordinate with advertisements and marketing opportunities on social media platforms. That is my take on the responsibilities on the division of Advertising and Marketing here at Zelotex Factions.
