Hello, my name is Mason, I am a 14 year-old experienced manager. Over the past couple of months I have been going around looking for new projects to take on in my free time, but didn't have much success. About one year ago I started ZenticBuilding with the hopes of giving server owners with a small budget the same chance as all of us. For over 4 months I managed the team and provided over 15 clients with quality work, until one day my best builder decided to leave Minecraft to pursue other topics. After almost five long months and $2000 of profit the team officially closed down. I have decided to once again open up the Building program and welcome in new recruits. My goal is to be able to do what I did before and give server owners a knew oppurtunity.
I am searching for up to five highly skilled builders to help me expand this business and go beyond the team has before. Skills can range from Terraforming to Pixel art, we accept all applications and do not judge by age or experience only by maturity and skill level. If team builds are done then each member will receive 15% of the commission profit but if single builds are cunducted then percentiles will increase. I am not looking for people that want to get a quick buck, we are a team and will do many unpaid jobs together to practice or to just bond. Even if builds are not paid you are expected to participate in them to be able to help out in future paid commissions and we will not accept people that are unwilling to do that.
Although in our name it says Building I plan to extend to all parts of server development in the near future including, Plugin Development, Graphic Design, Website Development and Plugin Management so if you are a contractor in any of the topics listed feel free to also contact me for an application. Some of the criteria of being in the team is friendliness, we want members that encourage other players and help them by giving constructive critisism, but we do not want people that are quiet and/or rude to other people. All timezones are accepted, although if you have a rather odd one then other people you may have to do more single jobs.
