Hello everyone,

ZetaMC, a currently unreleased OP Factions server, is looking for staff. Depending on your experience and what you are willing to do, we are offering positions for Builders, Helpers, Moderators, Developers, and Administrators.

Requirements:​
  • Age restrictions: 13+ for Helper, 14+ for Moderator, 16+ for Administrator. Exceptions can be made, depending on your maturity and intelligence level.
  • Experience requirements: Helper requires no experience (is a good training spot for those new to staffing). Moderator requires some experience with moderator positions on other servers, the more you have, the higher the rank you can get. Administrator requires a lot of experience with management (the more you have the better, ideally from several professional servers and maybe even IRL businesses)
  • Microphone and recording: A microphone is highly recommended but not required, however it will increase your chances at a higher position. Recording software is a requirement to become a moderator.
  • Other than that, not many requirements, as long as you're mature and intelligent.
Positions:
By default, these positions are NOT paid, however if you would like payment, I can speak with my CFO/Co-Owner and see if I can arrange something.​
  • Builder - Build and maintain structures for the server, including and not limited to the spawn.
  • Helper - Answer basic questions players may have, and assist mods with their duties.
  • Moderator - Moderate the chat, interact with the community, and keep the peace. Higher level moderators are also responsible for catching cheaters/hackers.
  • Developer - Develop and maintain plugins for the server.
  • Administrator - Responsible for managing the server and community. There are no predefined positions, each admin is put in charge of what they are best at managing.
