ZETHRIA FACTIONS
Zethria factions is an extremely high quality project aimed to attract a large playerbase, the theme of the server was going to be heaven vs hell, this would tie into gameplay as we have a custom race plugin made, Our race plugin will be included in purchase, this plugin is practically ranks, but with upgradeable perks, every player starts off as default, or human per se, when buying a rank, whatever rank you bought has special upgradeable effects via /race or /upgrade, you can get race tokens via events and such. This server is of extreme detail, when we started this project we wanted to make this something large and by doing that we wanted to have originality, we decided to purchase custom builds down to the very core, we will be including the custom overworld terrain, custom outpost, custom koth, and custom spawn we purchased for this server. Images will be shown below
Upon purchasing we are willing to grant you full rights to these builds and our custom race plugin. To put the cherry on top, we have both the Zethria.com and Zethria.net domain to this so you don't need to worry about a pesky player to try to steal the domain.
The server also includes an icon which can be used for both discord and ur server icon in the server list. Here's an image of the icon
ZETHRIA SPAWNERS
This is a high quality plugin made by a very amazing dev, this is a mobstacker plugin with a custom head drop and sellwand system and a spawner void system, the reason we got this made is for the sole fact that no public mobstacking plugin legitimately functions as it should, wildstacker for example has many issues including performance which shouldnt be used on a live server, this was made with performance in mind, while also having mobstacking and void spawners, this includes spawner tax as well, (Document showcasing this will be posted below, sellwands arent in the document but theyre just normal sellwands that are also able to sell the custom mobhead drops).

We are looking for 250$, the reason behind the price is the sole fact that you get a server with ENTIRELY custom builds and two custom plugins (Other will be shown in dms), along with some beautiful artwork and two domains.
