ZigaByteMC | New Server | Looking for a Manager and/or Partner! (among other staff)

Hey everybody,

I'm the sole owner and developer of ZigaByteMC. We are a new Prison server, still in development, but I've gotten to a point where I can't get things done quick enough on my own.

FEATURES:

• A-Z ranks!
• 3 donor ranks! (plans for more)
• 3 premium mines!*
• 7 crates with tech-themed items!** (plans for 10)
• 24x24 plots for storage/building! (will hold build contests occasionally)
• Tournaments, Drop Parties, and other events!***
• COMPLETELY UNIQUE, Custom-coded Item Obtainment System: Programs!****
• Unique Quests to go along with Programs!
• Buyable commands (/fly, /smelt, etc.)! (subject to change)
• Unique item leveling system! (part of Programs)
• OP Tools (eventually)! (part of Programs)
• Gangs! (basic system established, plans to expand)
• Custom-coded Referrals system!
• Custom-coded Advanced statistics tracking!
• Custom-coded AutoSell system! (plans for selling multipliers, although these would be limited)

* Currently only buyable from shop, but will be obtainable in-game through hard work.
** Crate keys obtainable in-game, but also for purchase from shop.
*** Will be held when enough players are on the server, but expected to be (bi)weekly.

LACKING:

• Active staff team (The team I've got right now doesn't show up too often)
• A staff team, for that matter (I'm essentially alone, only 3 others with me)
• Quality builds (I've gotten a helping hand from a few good builders, but only a few builds thus far)
• Web hosting for XenForo (I have XF files ready from a friend, but until I get hosting for it I have to stick with Enjin)
• Players (I don't have the connections to grow our playerbase quickly. I had a partner who was supposed to cover this area, but he had to resign due to activity constraints)
• Suitable anticheat

HIRING:
I am looking to hire the following:

• Partner/Advertising Manager/Investor (0/1) [PAID]
• Staff Manager (1/1)
• Administrator (0/2)
• Moderator (0/2)
• Builder (0/2)

If you wish to be my partner, you must a) have money available to provide for the items I am lacking, and b) be able to lead the way in terms of advertising and recruiting for our server. I can handle the rest in terms of developing the server itself.

In terms of payment: the advertising manager/investor will be paid (back) by 10% of every donation. If you are an investor, I will pay back up to 150% of your initial investment.

It should be pretty evident that ZigaByteMC is lacking in some areas, unfortunately. But that's why I posted this.
