Our server is a startup, meaning we are much like any other hopeful owner: we have many ideas but lack the resources to pursue them.
We currently offer two gamemodes: Prison and Creative. Creative has been pretty well established and needs only players to occupy its plots. Prison, on the other hand, consistently receives administrative attention. We have another gamemode in mind (completely custom) but we wish for our existing two to be running securely before investing resources in a third.
We have listed several of our future plans for Prison and Creative on the full document.
UPDATE: We have formulated a plan for a completely unique addition to our Prison server and we have found a developer who is willing to create it for us. However, we do not have enough money to pay for it! We need around $55. If you are looking for more information, it is available in the document linked above!
We are searching for developers to help create our third and completely gamemode, Craft Royale. You will only work for us if we have the money to pay you. If you are interested in helping this project by either developing it or funding it, please let us know.

-==[ Why Hire? ]==-
At the moment, we lack both the manpower and the money to get anything done in an efficient timeframe. Very little cash flow is coming from the owners (hardly enough to pay for hosting), so advertising campaigns are at a standstill and will be for a while unless we receive donations or investments. For this same reason we are unable to hire expert developers or builders. Without these people working on our behalf, the server can not progress quickly nor can it stand out, as there are currently few custom builds and plugins active on the server.
We seek new...
- Community manager/owner… (1)
- primarily to focus on advertising the server and recruiting players, through whatever means necessary (except advertising on other servers).
- Administrators… (2-3)
- to help fine-tune the server, i.e. handle plugins, provide players with support (in terms of ranks and permissions), preside over the moderators and ensure they act properly, as well as run the events.
- Developers… (1-3)
- to create custom plugins built for ZBMC-specific needs as well as to allow events to run more smoothly. They would also be encouraged to aid our junior developers in their own quest to master the Bukkit/Spigot API.
- Architects… (3+)
- to give the server a better, more technological look. While there are new builds in progress already, due to having too few builders they are not getting done quickly enough.
- patrons/investors… (as many as are willing)
- to give the server the monetary boost it needs, and set the ball rolling!
-==[ Application ]==-
The application process is very straightforward. Applicants will be reviewed by leading staff members. All applications will be seen by rightfootmessi and hammy_swagbunny. Builder applications may also be seen by the Head Architect, admin applications may also be seen by Administrators, etc.
All recruited staff members will need a Discord account as that is the main engine for staff chat, although applications may be submitted through Enjin, Skype or Discord (see contact info). Please do NOT apply through MC-Market (although you may PM me here for private inquiries)!
A detailed list of requirements for each staff position is available on the attached document.
NOTE: Because we are a newer server, the application process will not be rigorous. It will be short, but still thorough. We mostly want to create a team, as right now there is only a few of us, which even then not everyone has enough time in their day to contribute to us (our Head Architect is also the owner of another server, as an example).
IMPORTANT NOTE: We are aware that Architect and Developer are normally paid positions. However, as we stated we lack the funds to pay for their efforts. Thus, in the beginning, these staff will not face much work (unless they are willing to work for low pay). As soon as we are financially secure they will begin normal service.
