Zombie Apocalypse Plugin

Hello, I am here to ask how much would this kind of plugin cost?
Commands:
./za help (help)
./za stats (your stats)
./za reload (reloads the plugin)
./za rank (most kills)



What the plugin needs to do:
Make Zombies harder (more health and do more damage)
More Zombies (spawn more zombies)
Zombies don't die in the day (they don't set on fire)
Safe zone (zombies can't enter)
Guns (pew pew)
Zombies can destroy blocks
Loot dead bodies
When someone dies they're are a zombie for 1 night.
You can choose to be a zombie or a human.

NOTE: I MAY ADD MORE COMMANDS AND STUFF XD
I ONLY WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST!
