DWC, the seller is quite sketch, after asking for the HCF core code snippets, he never sent them, instead, he sent me the practice server which contained Zonix's practice plugin which he claimed his dev (Former Zonix dev), also the practice was very buggy. Also, the practice on the server he sent me said it was "Exlode [US]". Still waiting for those code snippets...
