Why do you want to become Staff?: The main reason to why I want to become a staff member is that I love helping players and working with people.
What are your previous experience?: I don’t really have experience with being an HCF Staff member. But I have been staff before on some servers one of the servers that I was a staff on was RebornCraft The server had around 500 to 1000 players I was a moderator on the server.Because I was a staff on RebornCraft I learned many critical skills that can help me with being staff on an HCF server.
How are you able to contribute and support the server?: I can help advertise the server I have a youtube channel with around 200+ subs that I can record on and help advertise the server.
How many hours per day can you contribute to the server?: I can contribute at least 5 to 6 hours on the weekdays and on the weekends I can contribute at least 10 hours.
Why should we choose you instead of other applicants?: The reason to why you should choose me over other applicants is that I am a selfless,loyal,trustworthy,experienced and professional person that loves working with people and I also speak 3 languages so meaning I can easily communicate with other players that speak the same language as me.
Are you able to record?: Yes, I am able to record when needed I have a youtube channel that I record videos on.
Anything else we should know?: Something that you should know about me is that I am a 15-year-old guy who has been playing HCF for almost one year but I have been playing mc for almost 3 years now.

Why do you want to become Staff?: The Reason i want to become staff is because i think this server has a lot of potential
What are you previous experience?:
I have been staff on many servers in my career. When i started playing Minecraft I was playing HCF and then I started looking for staff jobs. The first server I was staff on was ParaPots this was a server that I cared about and I wanted to stay. I started out as helper and worked my way up to an admin. I was staff on that server for about 4 or 5 months then Para Started to die out so I left that server to join PulsePvP I played on there for a few Maps then I applied for staff. I was a Chat-Mod and worked my way up to a Head-Mod but by then I started to lose motivation to be staff on HCF server and Minecraft in general, so I quit for a few months then realized that I had nothing to do. So I jumped back on Minecraft and joined my first faction server called FadeCloud. They were a network but I played factions on there then I wanted to apply for staff on Fadecloud. I got denied my first time but I remade my app and got accepted as helper. I was so excited I then worked my way up to a Staff-Manager. I was a Manger on FadeCloud for 6 months then I got demoted for being inactive. (Went on vacation and didn't tell them) After that I came to ZoroHcf and have had a wonderful time playing and meeting new people and now I want to become staff on ZoroHcf. Well that my experiences as staff on Minecraft Servers (More like a story lol)
How are you able to contribute and support the server?:I can improve the server by making sure I am doing my job and other staff is doing there job. Also I can improve the server by trying to create a positive vibe in chat that will hopefully make the community more happy and sometimes make someone day. Also I can help improve the server by being active on the server and making sure everyone is happy, playing legitimately and making sure there is nothing to crazy going on in chat. By doing all these things this will make ZoroHcf a better and more enjoyable experience. Those are the ways I can help improve this amazing server and community.

The Reason you should pick My staff application over other people staff application is because, I Know what it takes to be staff on This Wonderful Server. I have Many Traits that will Make me A Great Staff member on ZoroHcf. As a staff member on ZoroHcf i will make sure that i am as active as possible and that i spend as much time as i can on ZoroHcf (Forums, TeamSpeak, Ingame, Etc). I have the Skills need to make a big impact on this server. i Know how to screen share and find almost any client on there computer i know were Vape and Spook are hidden. Other than Screen Sharing I am very good with people i understand when someone comes into teamspeak after a hacker killed them, they are going to be mad and upset About what happen, And its my job to try to help with in any way i can Even If they are toxic or Demanding To Me. Also i am very good at monitoring chat I make sure that no one being to toxic, Racist, or making any type of threats. being active in chat is a huge thing to me. Other than using chat to get a hold of someone or to get help from a staff member, Chat is also used to make friends and speak your mind. I believe that chat is the best way for the ZoroHcf Community to get together and talk about what ever they want. As staff it is are job to make sure that chat is clean and there is nothing said in chat that should not be said. these are the basic Staff skills i Have But There is more than just being able to screen share and monitor chat. Being staff means you need to set an example to other players. I understand that what i do reflects the server and i try to make sure that i reflect the server in the best way i can. this means being kind to players Even if i do not like then, Being as Professional as i can When speaking to players and other staff members and Making sure i am setting an example for other staff member below me. Along With being a good staff member in game, i am very active in teamspeak. Being in teamspeak is a huge part of being staff. When i am in teamspeak my goal is to help as many people as possible. to do this i make sure that i am moving people in and out of teamspeak to help as many people as i can in a certain amount of time. Being active in teamspeak shows players that if they need help they can easily join teamspeak and receive the help they need in a mater of minutes. other than in teamspeak or in game i try to be as active forums. To me the Forums are a community in its self they are the people that want to learn more about the server and communicate with players and staff on a personal level. one of my favorite things about being staff is being on the forums i am almost always on the forums even when i am at school i check the forums after every class period. being on the forums really helps me interact with the ZoroHcf players and by doing this creates a way for players to get a hold of staff even if they are not in game or on teamspeak. As For Maturity goes i try to be as Professional as possible when i am talking to anyone. Yes sometimes when i am talking to friends i like to play around but when i am talking to anyone i do not know i try to be as mature and helpful to them as possible. I always wanted to be apart of this staff team but i never got a chance to but i hope that this will be my chance to show You guys how Determined i am to make this server a better place for all hcf players. these are the reasons that you should pick me as staff i hope you enjoyed this part of my application

the server had alot of potential but after 2 months we had to close hem because we didnt had enough money to pay for host

I am a friendly, mature person that always tries to cheer people up if they are in a bad mood and will always try to make them feel better!
