Alright, so as of now I'm using zSpigot by Allen. Although, he hasn't been active on discord or MCMarket it seems like so I'm needing to buy a plugin that fix enderpearl duplication. The spigot has pretty much everything I need and how I want it but obviously in HCF duping pearls would be insane. Here is a video of EXACTLY what I'm needing fixed. I don't own the SRC sadly so I'm hoping that a plugin would be able to fix it.

It also says Pearl glitching deteched, used Enderpearl has been refunded. Although, instead of taking the used pearl it just adds another one in your inventory.
I suggest trying your best to get the source. Fixing bugs caused by another jar with plugins is not good practice.
