So let's say I buy a banner from you. Once you produce my banner, are we allowed to request you to perform minor changes (or possibly large changes if the output was not the vision the buyer had) for free of charge?

I will usually change things for free, yes. But say in some case you ask me to change 50% of the Banner, I will require a payment.
But if the buyer does not like it, I will always change, I usually share screens via Skype in After Effects before I render + turn into a gif.

Prices are too much for this quality in my opinion.
The people I have past worked with have disagreed with this.

Well... if you can afford After Effects + Cinema 4D + Photoshop. Go ahead.id like to try make my own, for personal use, not to sell. + i think there really good!
