About Me
My name is Zyaf. I am a 15 year old boy with a passion for management and administration. I have over 4 years of experience in the staffing // managing field. I enjoy theater, as well as writing // reading books, designing thumbnails, and much more.
I am a hardworking individual with a goal to succeed, no matter how small or difficult the task. I have worked with many different types of minecraft servers, giving me a large range of variety and flexibility. However, I know what my limits are and I know when to stop.

Forcide {forcide.pw}
The largest and most prestigious network I have been staff on, hitting 419 players. A server consisting of HCF, Kitmap, and Practice, this server enormously improved my skill as a staff member. I was a Moderator+ on this network, and many users have stated that I was one of the best staff members on this network. I resigned from this network recently.
HCZone {hczone.net}
The second largest server I have been staff on, hitting 200 players, however it was what gave me the courage to begin doing my management. Although I was only staff for a short time, this taught me a lot. I was a Trial-Moderator on this network. The server is no longer up.
CubeHCF {cubehcf.org}
CubeHCF was a server made by my good friend Kuzni . I began as a Helper, and worked my way up to Moderator before the server shut down. It is no longer up.
OxPvP {oxpvp.org}
This was my favorite server for over a year. Although it closed down shortly after I became staff, this is the server that taught me the basics of screensharing, as well as staffing. I was a Helper, the server is no longer up.
Synergy {synergynetwork.us}
Although this server never released, there were 70 players constantly ready to join the server at a time. I constantly managed the community as well as the staff team, until the server was griefed. I was the General Manager (Started as Administrator).
HitSquad Factions {hitsquadyt.mcpro.co}
This was a server run and managed by myself and my brother. We hit 30 players on our peak. I learned on this server how to manage staff, how to manage community, as well as a bit of configuration. I was the Co-Owner.
These are the main experiences I have had, there are many others but I have decided not to list them.

- I am allowed to work on other servers while working on yours.
- If I am demoted, you must pay me according to the payment we have discussed.
- If I resign, you must pay me according to the payment we have discussed.
- Payments are through paypal and nothing else.
- If you fail to comply to these terms you will have a scam report opened against you.
