Introduction
Hello everybody. My name is Zyaf. I am a 14 year old boy who has been playing Minecraft ever since I was 10. I currently live in the United States of America, and I am going into the 8th grade. I thoroughly enjoy Management work, and also staff work, as it warms my heart when I am able to help somebody and put a smile on their face. I have always been somebody who is able to take control and lead when people need it. I keep an open mind and try my hardest to do the best that I can.
Current Staffing Experiences.
I have been staff on a multitude of servers, which have each benefited my experience and overall capability as a staff member greatly.
As I have been staff on so many servers, I will only list the main servers. Otherwise we may be here forever. The servers will become larger in playerbase farther down in the trhead.
HitSquadFactions - 20-30 players.
HitSquadFactions was a server that I ran with my brother. We each shared an equal part of setting the server up. My brother was more backend work, and I was more upfront work. During my time on this server, I had lots of fun. My main jobs were to fix bugs, and do all Administrator and below duties (along with staff management).
GremlinPvP - 10-20 players.
I was a Senior Moderator on GremlinPvP. This was a HCF-Style kitmap (like Arcane's kitmap). My jobs on this server were setting up permissions, screensharing, teamspeak helping, and banning hackers.
OxPvP - 30-50 players
I was a Helper on OxPvP. Although OxPvP had HCF, HCF was not open when I was staff on this server. This is the server that I learned my main screensharing abilities from. My jobs were to ban hackers, moderate forums, and help in teamspeak // in game.
HCZone - 100 players
I was a Trial-Moderator on HCZone's kitmap. This server also helped with my screensharing abilities, but not as much. My jobs on HCZone were to ban hackers, moderate forums, help in teamspeak // in game, and host minor pvp events.
CubeHCF - 150 players
I was a Moderator on CubeHCF. Whilst staff, I worked closely with the developer to work on the anticheat and make it better. My jobs were to test things, help with permissions, ban hackers, deal with insiders, create events, help on forums, moderate chat, and help on teamspeak.
Synergy Network - 200 players
I was a Manager on this server. We had not opened yet when I resigned, but it was a wonderful server that had 200 discord members and 50 online at a time. My jobs were to manage the staff team, forums, and more.

Tasks I can Do
Chat Moderation - I can moderate the chat, as I do make sure that I check the chat every 15 seconds or so.
Hacker Catching - I always make sure that any server I am staff on is completely devoid of hackers.
Teamspeak Development - I have months of experience with teamspeak and I can make sure that any teamspeak is fully set up to perform its best.
Staff Management - I make sure that I keep careful track of each and every staff member's actions on the server, and promote / demote them accordingly.
These are just the main jobs.

I am looking for a position as an Administrator or Manager, and with my incredible experience and capability I am able to do this. While my experience is with HCF servers, I can moderate basically any type of servers.
