1: A Player is disrespecting you in front of all of the people and is being toxic to everyone in chat, what would you do?

2: You are getting spam reports of a Player hacking and all the reports are coming from the same faction. What would you do?

3: You are on kitmap or practice just PvPing and you are on a kill streak, and you randomly start getting reports about this player spamming, hacking, advertising or being racist in chat. What would you do?

4: You are on SOTW, and You get all these alerts that this player is xraying to diamonds. What would you do?

5: If a power faction went raidable from a hacker, and all of them come in Discord and start screaming and being toxic about the situation, what would I do?

Eastern Time Zone

5: When can you be on?
I can be online 2 - 3 hours from Monday to Friday, depending on my schedule and work. I can come on from 3 - 6 PM most of the times. During the weekends I can work most of the days unless I have work.

6: Do you have skype and discord (REQUIRED)?
Yes I have both.

7: Do you have any previous punishments or demotions on Zycari Network?
Nada.

8: What past staff experience do you have on hcf or factions? If you don't have experience you could still become a staff just in training. Don't lose hope.
I've created a few small factions servers with my friends, usually gaining a community of about 10 players. I've created multiple websites, today I am working on www.gupaz.com, and also have created some web designs for some people on here.

9: Why do you want to be staff?
I am a really dedicated person and can dedicate a lot of time in projects that I am passionate in. I am proficient in many programming languages including CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, and Python. I want to work on your server to try to make it grow into a nice community for casual/hardcore players to enjoy without the fear of hackers, cheaters, grievers, or toxicity.

10: Why should you be accepted as a staff member on our server?
I believe that I can help your server out and try to make it one of the big guys. I love helping players and punishing the ones that cross the rules.

11: Do you know how to ss? If you do please tell us step by step on how you would ss.
I've never screen shared but I don't believe it is that difficult of a thing to learn to do

--- Scenarios ---

1: A Player is disrespecting you in front of all of the people and is being toxic to everyone in chat, what would you do?
If it is their first offense I might mute them from talking in public chat for a few days; nothing too serious as everyone can get heated sometimes. Second offense I would mute the player for a week or two as it is obviously becoming a habit of the player. Third offense I would ban the player from the server, possibly permanently depending on what he has said. If it occurs three times the player is obviously ignoring the rules of the server and deservers a large punishment.

2: You are getting spam reports of a Player hacking and all the reports are coming from the same faction. What would you do?
The thing is, leaders of factions sometimes lie and tell everyone to report one person. However, in some scenarios the faction may be reporting the player for correct reasons. Thus, I would investigate more in the player being reported and spectate him/her anonymously for some time. If it turns out the faction made a false report, they would get some sort of punishment. If it is a correct report, the player will be punished.

3: You are on kitmap or practice just PvPing and you are on a kill streak, and you randomly start getting reports about this player spamming, hacking, advertising or being racist in chat. What would you do?
I mean, I would obviously leave the current fight I am in and investigate the reports.

4: You are on SOTW, and You get all these alerts that this player is xraying to diamonds. What would you do?
Again, I would obviously investigate the player that is being reported for x-raying.

5: If a power faction went raidable from a hacker, and all of them come in Discord and start screaming and being toxic about the situation, what would I do?
If your hard work suddenly went to 0 because of a hacker, you would get heated as well. Thus, I would try to calm the situation down and ask the players about what happened. If they ignore my requests and still are toxic, I will ignore theirs.

5: When can you be on? 3pm-12am weekdays I'm always playing cm on weekdays so from when I make up till the next day

8: What past staff experience do you have on hcf or factions? If you don't have experience you could still become a staff just in training. Don't lose hope. Owner of two old ones and was trial mod on a few mod on 2 and admin on 4 and developer of PulseHCF and have full ownership of their KitMap and HCF Files
9: Why do you want to be staff? Well as of now I'm not staff on any other servers and am in need of a thing to do full time as of out of school, and I like your server its nice and I am a very mature person so I take thing very serious, and am willing to be staff (I'm very bad that these sorry just trust me I'm better at being staff than making MCM posts)
10: Why should you be accepted as a staff member on our server? Well I have very good experience of being staff and even owner of server with 100-200 players and can do thing under pressure and do not abuse things also do not false ban also good at not doing dumb things I also do not blame other players for my own actions I do not lie either
11: Do you know how to ss? If you do please tell us step by step on how you would ss. Ok I made an SS Tool so I should know how, First get them to download join.me then make them open their controls first and then if clean go to the mods folder if using forge if not check things like versions and recent files browsing history and trash bin and such things as of that.

1: A Player is disrespecting you in front of all of the people and is being toxic to everyone in chat, what would you do? I would mute if this is their first offense if so will be muted for the necessary amount of time and mute times will differ for the amount of offenses.

2: You are getting spam reports of a Player hacking and all the reports are coming from the same faction. What would you do isn't there a faction mute, but anyway I would check out the player if he's not hacking I would warn/tell them not to spam /report.

3: You are on kitmap or practice just PvPing and you are on a kill streak, and you randomly start getting reports about this player spamming, hacking, advertising or being racist in chat. What would you do? I would let people kill me or do /hub and go back to get there faster and then if a player is hacking will ss them.

4: You are on SOTW, and You get all these alerts that this player is xraying to diamonds. What would you do? Go check out if the player is xraying or not.

5: If a power faction went raidable from a hacker, and all of them come in Discord and start screaming and being toxic about the situation, what would I do?i would server mute them then tell them that if they provide good enough proof of a "hacker" making them raidable there dtr and inventory and na dother things lost to them going raidable to a hacker.
