This server has been resold multiple times, with all new owners promising a release, but never going through. Things like that severely hinder a server’s image, which is crucial in the development and player retention stages.

Furthermore, all assets you are including are not worth anything more than $15. Also, legally, the first owner of Zydox, Oxro owns all rights to the website design and the website can NOT be resold, as you do not have resale rights. Whoever you purchased this server from lied to you about the logo aswell. Zydox.net is the real Zydox, this is a clone. The only asset you can legally resell is the domain. You are also violating a rule with your bid ending date being 2020; it has to be REALISTIC. If I were you, I would change that before you’re suspended.

You clearly are misinformed about the website.. Apart of 1am’s terms of service is that the website must stay with the server and be exclusively sold.
