* This will be a factions server; but chilled, not competitive!
* I need the best artist // designer I could get

* The logo must include some type of clouds & fantasy
* The logo itself should look majestic and something iconic!

500 is too much for this, you'll easily get logo for 60-100$ some designers go ever lower

For banner, i DuB is whowm i recommend.
