Zytro Network
Zytro Network is a relatively network of servers offering an amazing server experience! With amazing owners who listen to their player base, it gives our server a chance to grow, as well as meet the demands of our playerbase. We are still currently in development but we are moving quickly to push servers to full release which should happen within the next 1-2 months!
These are the confirmed modes to be released on launch:
♕ Squads ➦ This is our HCF or Hardcore Factions server, faction sizes will be 5 to a faction with 1 ally. Death ban depends on your rank. We have custom PVP mechanics and a top of the line, unique anti cheat that will catch hackers quickly and efficiently.
♕ KitPVP ➦ This is normal KitPVP, offering a competitive style of PVP, players are given a set of Protection 1 armor with a Sharpness 1 sword to fight in a custom built arena. Our custom PVP mechanics are tailored to our communities desires and needs.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR STAFF!
Here are some of the requirements.

- Need to be able to provide proof of previous builds.
- Must have a good amount of building experience
- Willing to dedicate time to make sure all builds are created efficiently
- Must have microphone
- Must be able to work within a build team
- Must have knowledge of common bugs
- Must be active when beta maps are released
- Must have a mic
- Must have extensive experience with Minecraft
Helpers:
- Must be 15 years of age
- Must have a mic
- Must be able to solve a situation using your words not your powers
- Handle a toxic situation with professionalism, it’s all about the player experience.
- Must work well within a staff team
- Follow all rules as a normal player would
- Must have plenty of knowledge of all game modes on the network.
- Must have a connection with the community (Post-Release)
Moderators:
- Must be 16+
- Must have a mic and be an effective communicator
- Work extremely well in a team setting
- Must be familiar with all staff commands, plugins, and have an in-depth knowledge of the network as a whole.
- Must have past experience as a staff member on other servers
- Must have and know how to use a recording software
- Must have a connection with the community and a deeper understanding for their needs (Post-Release)
Must know one or more of the following languages:
CSS
HTML
Java

- Must be 15+
- Must have proof of past projects/networks
- All projects must be completely custom, if you are caught using a template you will be removed from the team.
- Must be 15+
- Have proof of past work
- Must be 16+
- Must be able to lead multiple projects/teams
- Must have a deep understanding of the network
- Know all plugins and useful commands
- Must be able to show leadership within a group
- You must be able to take initiative, sitting around is only going to get you demoted
- Must have a connection with both the community and the staff team (Post-Release)
- Must come up with community events that will keep our players engaged in our server
- Must commit a large amount of time to the network
- Must be 16+
- Must be able to provide ideas for the server to grow
- Must be able to listen to ideas from both the staff team and the community to make the server the best it can possibly be
- Must have prior experience with server management
- Must be strongly connected to both the community and the staff team
- This person manages both the staff team and the community, it is imperative that whoever fills this role has strong communication, leadership, and creative traits.
- Must contribute a large chunk of time to the network
