Pterodactyl is all installed on the instance.
All ports are open. UFW firewall is disabled too.
I cant connect to the server I made in pterodactyl,plugins cant check for updates.

Yes, most hosts have the machines setup with correct firewall rules so people can run a network with no worry of bungee jumping. And yes you can use a stupid IP whitelist but no one likes that and it won't always work.

Since no one helped me, I set up a whole new network just to mess around with bungeecord. Worked out pretty well.
In bungeecord config:
