I only know about velt that they have a custom forum which costs around 1.5k - 2k. I think (taking a look at your post) you are simply looking for a cool xenfore/NamelessMC website that is lowkey similar to the ones you mentioned.

I would recommend Wacom. As far as I am aware they are pretty well know (don´t wanna say they are the leader when it comes to graphic tablets) but yeah you should give it a try.

As mentioned above by Areeb the market for service teams is pretty saturated and from what it looks like (to me) your competitors are way more professionally build up.

There are multiple ways to find “jobs”. For example you can create an “Offering” thread in the Web Design and Development Section. You can also search for discords that offer job listings (allthough on such discords - not related to MC - it will be harder as the task tend to be more difficult...
