    I agree, they shouldn't name themselves LTD if they're not legally registered, but my key point was about the company number that he kept requesting. But, it'd be nice to see some sort of proof if you're a legally registered entity or not, and if so, where are you registered?

    Uhm, ever consider the company isn't formed in the UK thus not having a company number? Just going off of the 'companies' profile, it appears to have been formed in the US, as after doing a record search in the Canadian database of companies, returned no result for 'Antiqu LTD'.
