    I believe you are looking for sponge.... https://www.spongepowered.org/ I think that link should give you everything you need, but pretty much it allows you to run a forge server with other plugins.     I don't know, but honestly..... I would never consider going back. I am with bisect and was lucky enough to get a 75% lifetime discount. Now I only pay a little more than I paid for aquatis and i have zero complaints.
