Hello, my server has been experiencing two issues, and I would like to ask how to fix them:
1. "The server you were previously on went down. You have been connected to a fallback server."
This happens when a player has been playing for a while — suddenly they are sent to the login server.
In the console, this message appears:
[mineLogin-bridge] Server don't have information about <player name> profile.
2. "Internal exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset"
This usually happens when a player stays online for a long time. Eventually, they get kicked out and receive this message.
I'd really appreciate any help or suggestions on how to fix these problems. Thank you!
