Hyronic Survival Setup | RPG Survival v4.2.1

I need to explain my review. Don't get me wrong, the package looks great, and all the mechanics I expected are there. The problem is that it's incomplete. I wasn't expecting to receive a product ready to launch a server the day after buying the setup, but even the base configuration still has bugs and a few other things that need fixing. Don't bother looking for the documentation; it's terrible.

Even aside from those observations, the reason I'm giving such a low rating is because the only place I expected to get help is awful. There's no support. Every day I see (verified) people coming in to ask questions about fixing the odd bug (which shouldn't be present with the initial installation), but the only people helping are other Discord members. The owner only has time to answer people who ask questions about using the purchase verification channel. Yes, once you're verified, you have to beg someone from the server to answer your question. I've had setups that cost less and had much better support. In short, the product is good, but it needs some finishing touches. If you're inexperienced, don't expect the staff to help you much.

Awesome Base setup but as fallencow said it is not fully complete, will take lots of work to get working and balanced but is a good push in the right direction

After reading through the review's, the most common arguement; "Its not balanced". How is Hyronic supposed to balance a TEMPLATE for every possible server? If your genuinely interested in erupting a successful server, this is an IDEAL template. I love this template as it allows me to balance my server to my ideals. If every server used this template and didn't change it to their benefits, then that would ultimately ruin the point of a template. Take a step back to realize this is simply a setup, a template, for you to configure, and construct your server off. This isn't a full blown server that you can just copy and paste and expect success! Hence the 5 star review; It has an entire guide to setup for those whom are new to the scene, with everything else you'd need to start making your own server.

very unbalanced weird setup having to grind 10k exp to level up when one quest give you like 100 exp....

Unfortunately I have come to the same conclusion as FallenCow and moxcx. Unless you have time to flesh out this setup yourself, it's hard to recommend.

FallenCow pretty much said everything I wanted to say. Although this setup is beautiful, stay away from it unless you want to spend hours (or days) fixing it. It's incomplete.

Overall this setup is what you'd expect from any other Hyronic products. They are high quality setups and well-made but when it comes down to it, it's like 60-70% complete and 30% you have to figure out and do it by yourself. There's tons of things that doesn't make much sense and of course balancing is a major problem with damage, economy and recipes. When it comes down to support, you can't expect that much support in the discord. When it comes down to known issues, you can't expect them to be patched from the creator of this setup. But overall, it's a decent setup, but just know you will have to spend quite the time fixing and balancing many things, and I'm not talking about a few hours, I'm talking about days & weeks

i started showing my server dev this setup and he actually started sobbing on call. 10/10.
