Because there were people who wanted to change the "KG-SCRIPTS ©" tag, we made settings in the Ticket Panel where you can change the bot status + footer tag for all embeds.

The new Rating System allows server owners to collect valuable feedback from users after their support tickets are closed. When a ticket is closed, users are automatically prompted to rate their support experience on a scale of 1-5 stars directly in the ticket channel. After selecting a rating, they're presented with a clean modal where they can add additional feedback comments.
All ratings and feedback are sent to a dedicated channel that you specify in the dashboard settings, making it easy to monitor support quality. The rating request is automatically removed after the user submits their feedback, keeping channels clean. The ticket only fully closes and locks after the rating is submitted, ensuring you capture feedback at the perfect moment.
This system helps server owners identify which staff members are providing excellent support and which might need additional training, allowing you to consistently improve your server's support quality based on real user experiences.
