ALTAR AntiESP v1.3.0 Update

• Fixed OP bypass permission behavior
• Added block-state mapping preload to reduce first-load keepalive timeout issues
• Improved anti-xray defaults for newer Minecraft ore generation
• Disabled underground physics/redstone cancellation by default to prevent gameplay issues
• Disabled automatic lower chunk-distance behavior by default
• Improved packet masking stability and performance
• Rebuilt and tested successfully on Paper/Spigot 1.21.x

Recommended: regenerate or manually update your config.yml after updating.

ALTARAntiESP Update

Fixed an issue where the addon jar could fail to load on Paper because of an invalid plugin.yml description format.

• Fixed ALTARAddons plugin.yml YAML formatting.
• Quoted plugin descriptions properly.
• Rebuilt both ALTARAntiESP and ALTARAddons jars.
• Verified both embedded plugin.yml files.

Please download the latest jars and replace the old ones in your plugins folder.
