- Preserved equipment-related drops more correctly (including cases like mobs with weapon/gear drops).
- Fixed false/undesired loot-smelt flow that caused warnings like:
- Couldn't smelt ... because there is no smelting recipe
- Improved redstone suppression stability after restart:
- startup grace period support
- better TPS cache refresh handling
- reduced post-restart suppression lock issues
- Included internal cleanup/safety improvements for runtime redstone tracking maps.
