This is a fairly good GUI
Its simple and cheap but requires some fixing. if your in 1.13+ you need to change the ID of some items

on item 11 change

material: STAINED_GLASS_PANE
data: 15

to

material: BLACK_STAINED_GLASS_PANE

and on all the others

material: head;%vault_eco_top_player_#%

to

material: head-%vault_eco_top_player_#%

also make sure in the PlaceHolderAPI (after running and loading the vault extension) that the baltop part is enabled

I put the file in the deluxemenu and do /baltop and doesn't show please need to know how to install where do I put it!

Good config, great support and for very cheap. There aren't that many baltop gui's out there unless you get custom so i recommend this unique config for deluxemenus!
