Make sure every plugin is enabled properly (use /pl and see if every plugin is green). If that doesn't help you may join the support discord linked on the page

With the new version it's pretty much drag and drop, you unzip it in the main directory and start the server, as simple as that. Make sure to use Java 21 or higher
