Fixed a bug where the GUI did not show the chance to receive an item.

I completely changed the CobbleX system in the code. From now on, you are not interested in the sum of the percentages, you set the numbers you want, and the plugin calculates the chances of dropping the item itself. This eliminates the chances of potential mistakes and errors. I took out the "secure-key" field from the code to config, which is a certain protection against copying or counterfeiting CobbleX. Don't change it during the game!!! Existing CobbleXs will not work as they should. You do not need to reset the configuration, everything stays as it was before the update. The above-mentioned field will automatically be added to the configuration.
