Old combat mechanics inside the pvp area + some fixes.

» Removed an mvcore console error.
» Updated BlueSlimeCore + Combatlogx.
» The updated version of CLX has brand new files so they have been configured completely from scratch.
» Disabled the fireworks effect above the AirDrops (to reduce potential fps lag for players with a lower-end pc).
» Implemented old combat (1.8 pvp) mechanics at the pvp area.

Some bug fixes and small features added.

» Added [item] - players can now display the item they are holding in the chat.
» Added 10 more rewards to the air drops.
» Remade the Island Settings menu - matches the color scheme.
» Remade the Island Permissions menu - matches the color scheme.

1.9-1.18 Support added.

» Updated the withdraw plugin to the latest version.
» Enabled 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13, 1.14, 1.15, 1.16, 1.17, 1.18 support. The server jar must stay 1.19 as it is required in order to work properly with the newest Minecraft features.
