add crafter block support for automated compression
note: decompression via crafter block is not possible at this time
Compressy 2.2.0 is a big step up for server admins: manage which blocks can compress, tune tiers, and filter the catalog entirely in-game — no config-file archaeology required.
Admin block catalog
- Browse, filter, and search the full block list from chest menus
- Categories are built from Minecraft block tags at startup — they stay in sync with the game, not hardcoded name guesses
- Chat search — type your query in chat; the catalog updates live (matches block IDs and names)
- Bulk allow/deny for everything matching your current filters
- Quick category actions — filter a category, then allow or deny the whole group from the toolbar or category picker
Max compression tier
- One server-wide cap in policies.yml, editable from the Admin Hub and Global Settings
- Tooltips and progress bars scale with your configured max (not a fixed 32)
- Dedicated Reset max tier button (no middle-click — unreliable in chest GUIs)
Gameplay fixes
- Compressed blocks cannot be placed — they stay inventory-only; decompress in a crafting grid first
- Restored tier progress bar, Roman numerals, and flavor text on compressed item lore
Requirements
- Minecraft 26.2 (Paper or Spigot)
- Replace compressy-plugin-2.2.0.jar in plugins/ and restart (or /cblocks reload after drop-in)
Admin access
/cblocks admin or the admin hub — permission compressy.admin
