CWRSpotLight
CwRSpotlight is a Minecraft spotlight and particle effects plugin built for hubs, lobbies, spawn areas, crates, NPC displays, portals, VIP zones, event areas, and server decoration. It lets server owners create animated particle spotlights ingame using commands, GUI menus, presets, visibility rules, schedules, and optional plugin integrations.
