1.3 | ADDED A NEW FEATURES

[~] Added a shardsbooster the command is /shards Booster <durartion> <amount>
[~] Added a new shards if you join a area
[~] Added /shards clear all Players
[~] Now you can disable the shards guis and disalbe the Level System and a lot of more
[~] Added a new license system (delete the old license.yml)

IMPORTANT: Delete all old files to ensure the new update works properly.

[~] Fixed some issues with the Sound and Messages modules.
[~] Added shards.vip permission to get shards anywhere, including in and out of worlds or regions.
